Fences is a powerful film. It is about a working-class African-American father who tries to raise his family in the 1950s. Denzel Washington and Viola Davis give excellent performances. The screenplay is well written.
Denzel Washington also did a great job directing this movie. I enjoyed watching this motion picture because of the drama. Fences is a must see.
