As a Harry Potter fan, I was genuinely concerned this movie would turn out horribly because it wasn't based on a book and I figured J.K.Rowling just needed some extra money or something. But no. This movie is a good time, much less dark than the Harry Potter movies.
This movie is surprisingly funny and Newt charmed his way into my cold heart. Plus, adorable creatures!
