"Your too beautiful to be an artist. I believe all artists should be ugly. No you are a superstar" {Andy Warhol to Edie Sedgwick}.
As well as the actor's uncanny resembles to the "Characters" I think that they also capture the heartbreak that both Andy and Edie endured through facial expression. which is a challenging thing to do.
The movie wasnt in anyway trying to defend the honor of any of the characters as I think the intention was to show the exact true colours of the people. and I think in being real and not holding back on the grisly details this movie to me is an instant success. And I think all biopics should be this honest.
