Review of Exotica (1994) by Chris S — 02 Sep 2009
The nightclub here in Exotica doesn't seem to be for the purpose of fulfilling fantasies and lust. It seems to be for the purpose of comfort and reassurance, well, especially to Francis, who has been seriously affected by his daughter's death.
And his daily routine is ruined when he is manipulated by a jealous ex-lover to touch her. What's going on with all of these characters, the deeper meaning to what they're doing, is eventually revealed in the end in the greatest way possible.
