Lives up to the promise as far as gore and violence is concerned - and the film gets better as it moves along... still, it's pretty stupid content-wise and doesn't ever elevate itself above a Dr.
Who or Torchwood episode. Another film worth a look if you like this is Undead... another low-budget gore-fest that isn't aware of the limitations of its own budget.
