Review of Ethel & Ernest (2016) by Late R — 30 May 2018
A nice line-drawn animation (thank goodness NO CGI!) of the ordinary life of the author's parents in extraordinary times, from their courting and marrying in the 20s, through World War II. It's a great perspective of what ordinary working-class Brits went through during the "Battle of Britain.
" Probably more meaningful for English viewers.
