Review of Equilibrium (2002) by Charlie W — 22 Jan 2012
"Understated sci-fi soon-to-be classic" is probably the best way to describe this movie. The Ultra-cool version of 1984 meets Brave New World. It keeps it's head about it while kicking in everyone else's in fantastically choreographed fight scenes.
I concur with everyone in that the big reveal was bordering on campy; however, any movie that ends with swords and with an eerie similarity to Fight Club gets my vote.
