Review of Elephant White (2011) by Al S — 09 Jun 2011
A sensational and hard-boiled action-packed thriller. An awesome movie that just really rocks from start to finish. An explosive thrill-ride that delivers lots of thrilling action, sizzling suspense, great stunts and emotional character drama.
It's stylish, well-crafted, character driven and solidly performed. A wickedly entertaining action flick that gets the job done. Director, Prachya Pinkaew crafts a immensely enjoyable and fierce film, he is truly one of most gifted and spirited new action directors around.
It's cool and actually really fun to watch. It kicks serious ass. Kevin Bacon and Djimon Hounsou are at their best, they have wonderful chemistry together if their fun but fairly dark roles. Hounsou is riveting, intense and terrific.
Bacon is brilliant, compelling and enjoyable.
