Could have used some artistically inclined directing choices to make the film a little more worth watching. Though it wasn't half bad. The acting was mediocre and the dialogue was barf-able...but the movie stayed interesting and was paced nicely.

Had made-for-tv written all over it which could make a film-maker cringe...but someone looking to just enjoy an educational creepy tale of a true to life serial killer should enjoy this one.
