Offers absolutely nothing new in the horror genre. There has been a great flood in the horror genre recently for cannabalistic stories with scantily clad teenagers running around dark forests trying to avoid inevitable death by by an ugly, hairy beast from the east..The script adds some authentic Tazmanian history to the mix in order to gain some credit but it's all rather fumbled and ridiculous, just an excuse to get the red stuff flowing...
Leigh Warrell please stick to the Saw movies, even if we are on part VIIII buy now...I think you get the idea...
