Review of Don't Be Afraid of the Dark (2010) by John A — 26 Mar 2014
This Short TV Movie, Features A Mediocre Story, That's Realistic, With The Film's Atmosphere And Cast Performances, Which Makes This A Believable Horror/Thriller. A Young Couple Move Into A New House, Where Small Demon Creatures Live Inside The Walls.
They Come Out At Night Because They Want The Soul Of Sally (Kim Darby, True Grit). This TV Flick Is Certainly Inspirational And At Some Points Haunting, With Some Decent Effects. Jim Hutton's Performance As The Husband Is Great.
The Husband Has A Hostility About His Character Which Encourages Disaster, The Couple's Relationship Is The Kind That Would Later Be Seen In The Shining (1980), Between Jack Nicholson & Shelley Duvall.
A Great But Often Forgot About Classic.
