Review of Dogs in Space (1986) by John J — 20 Jun 2007
Forget Suburbia and even Sid & Nancy. This is the best movie about punk rock ever made. The soundtrack introducted me to Iggy Pop and Gang of Four. But even if I wasn't wildly nostalgic for 8th grade (and maybe continuing to harbor somewhat of a Michael Hutchence crush) I think the movie would still hold up on the merit of its pure earnestness.
