Amazing adventure...mix a bit of intrigue of House of Flying Daggers, eternal rebellion and loyalty to monarchy of Hero and yes loads of Sherlock Holmes of Guy Ritchie and spice it with politics and love,,,you got the mix.
..battles and politics may not even touch Red Cliff but is definitely enjoyable. You know that you are watching one from the stable of the guy who made Once Upon a Time in China series...but I so missed Jet Li!
