Review of Desert Sands (1955) by Stephen T — 01 Sep 2011
Bland sand pic is full of stilted dialogue and wooden performances. Ralph Meeker while not always the most relaxed of performers was usually looser than he is here, it almost seems as if he had just been handed the script before the cameras rolled so stiff is he.
The rest of the cast is little better, Marla English seems to be sleep walking. There are many other much better films in this genre out there find one of them and skip this.
