Kiefer Sutherland plays Jack Bauer's evil doppelganger in this straight-to-the-bargain-bin hidden gem crime thriller. The script is laden with small twists and turns and the big payoff is wholly plausible while being entirely unpredictable.
Also has one of the better endings of any film I have ever seen. Find it if you can.
