Review of Descendants 2 (2017) by Mia V — 31 Mar 2018
This film is pretty much exactly what you can expect from a DCOM. It's not terrible, it did make me smile and laugh a few times. Given, sometimes I laughed at how awkward the writing and plot is. Because it's really not great.
The songs are fine, some of them are even good, but you can really tell that it was prerecorded, it's kind of awkward. The acting's good for the most part, and the film does preach some pretty unique but good messages.
All in all, you'll probably cringe but still have a good time. If you're the kind of person to watch this movie, you'll like it.
