I wanted this to be so much more. I loved the first film, but this one felt like a cheesy parody or low budget rip off of it. At no time was it truly scary or suspenseful. The only memorable thing about it is that it's terrible.
As someone that loves shark movies and holds the first Deep Blue Sea at the top of my list, this was a huge let down and honestly a bit heart breaking. It desecrated the legacy.
