Love the first deep blue sea. It had a great story line and pretty good actors. A great take on Jaws for the 90s. Deep Blue Sea 2.... on the other hand disappoints. It attempts the same story line but with a very cheap cast, these are your unknown, right out of acting school actors.
They just can't carry the movie Acting was horrible. And come on, how the hell are the sharks from 1999 more realistic than the sharks in this 2018 movie!? Pass.
