Review of Death Ship (1980) by Shinyhappypurple . — 02 Aug 2009
I guess we have to excuse the bad acting and bad effects because it is early 80s but I failed to see what this film was about. A bunch of stranded people are attacked by a mysterious ship which is empty of people or life.
A few scenes later and people are dying in strange ways, but did I care? Not really - I loved the fact that George Kennedy was in it, I have met him before and he is a nice guy aswell as a good actor, but the film failed to make an impact.
Although I have given it extra points for the laughter it created. Some parts were funny :).
