Cop pursues killers of a computer whiz who bilked the Las Vegas casinos. Much of film could be eliminated if Svenson followed procedure just once and calls for backup while in pursuit. Perhaps the Chief could find him a partner aside from Williamson, one that actually works for the Police Dept.
