Review of Deadgirl (2008) by Patrick R — 26 Sep 2009
Haunting, low-budget horror that is disturbing both for its often subtly creepy visuals and the reprehensible moral decisions of most of the characters. A simple premise is taken to extremes combining some of my favorite shock-flick elements: abandoned insane asylum, ambiguously compelling mystery, and characters whose decisions move the situation progressively from bad to worse.
