Review of Dawn of the Dead (2004) by Michael B — 04 May 2012
Bloody, violent, and surprisingly superb remake of a classic. The characters were all well written, and the script didn't forget each and everyone of them. Compared to Battle: Los Angeles in which there are a lot of characters resulting to a chaotic shamble, Dawn of the Dawn let the characters rise in their own spot light that you'll not remember them just as the guy 1, guy 2, guy 3 because as I said, they were superbly scripted, acted, and strayed from one another.
If the characterizations didn't amaze you, be sure to expect a lot of smart moves--especially the clever deaths and twists--and a vast chaos of blood seeking zombies that are unlike any other. They can run!
