Dave Made A Maze takes you into a fantasy world that will surprise you. With entire set hand made from cardboard it will take you back to the pillow forts and box castles of your childhood. There is a touching story, a lot of humor and some touching moments but more than anything else this film is simply fun.

I saw the film's premiere at Slamdance and was really wowed. Just to see something that is clearly a labor of love - amazingly hand-crafted and with heartfelt performances - just in the name of fun.

This movie is an invitation to an imaginary world that is just fun. Fun for the sake of fun and without too many winks or sarcastic bits to convince you how clever it is. I went back to see the movie at two more festivals for the chance to watch it in a theater of other laughing, clapping and delighted viewers having fun.
