The mother (ship) of all submarine warfare movies. This classic is the precursor to "Hunt for the Red october" and other great films. This 3 hour epic is just that epic. Nothing gets better than this.
The emotion is so raw you can't help but be there in that sub with these men, cheering for them all the way fighting the allies in WW2. If you don't like this movie then you have zero taste in good movies.
The truth hurts. 100% excellence and they don't make them like they use too.
