I admit that the movie is a little slow at times and if Alan wasn't in it I might have turned it off the first time I watched it. However, it has a twist ending that blew me away and made the whole movie for me.
I just watched it the second time - and knowing the ending - it's much more interesting, because I was able to pick up on clues that I obviously didn't see the first time around.
