Review of Cyborg 2 (1993) by Bobby L — 16 Jan 2010
A sequel to a movie that exists because of the monumental failure of another. Doesn't sound promising, but it's pretty solid. The special effects are decent, the characterizations good enough, and the action good enough.
But that's it. This movie is simply good enough. There's no stand outs, there's no "wow" sequences, everything is simply good enough.
