Review of Creation (2009) by Deeni D — 16 Jan 2010
If you want to watch an in-depth film about the scientific process of Darwin's 'Origin of the Species' and learn something about the book you'd be better reading the book itself. However, if you wish to watch something about the emotional journey of a vastly intelligent yet woe-ridden man, then this is the film for you.
This was a very enjoyable film with a moving performance from Bettany. And there is one particular moment in the film involving death that reduced me to tears (and I am rarely reduced to absolute tears by a film).
It was so beautifully done.
