Review of Cracks (2009) by Nonna V — 24 Sep 2011
Although it takes place at an all girls boarding school, this film doesn't have a firm backbone and doesn't play the dark mystery card so well. At times moments of discipline lacked that iron fist element. Still fun to hop into the time machine and watch these young woman bicker and gossip.
Although the plot had some "cracks" in it, the last quarter brings it home. And the last scene offers plenty of food for thought and something to talk about lng after viewing.
