Review of Conversations with Other Women (2006) by Norel L — 27 Jul 2007
Eckhart and Carter are outstanding in this movie. They maintain the energy throughout the film, throughout the stages of their relationship without getting stale nor burdensome. I enjoyed the split screen, not at all distracting. It became, not just about two people talking, but understanding that one moment can carry, aside from the now, in itself what we want, what we imagine, the past, and the future.
I love the music, too. Turned me onto jazzy french music... yeah, I know.
