Review of Conan O'Brien Can't Stop (2011) by Andrew H — 13 Jul 2011
A behind-the-scenes look at Conan's comedy tour following his leave from the Tonight Show. However, anyone who's expecting juicy details of the late night war will be disappointed. This documentary focuses mainly on how Conan deals with the entertainment limbo he's in, and how he perceives himself as a performer.
Yes, he's hilarious as always, but you definitely get to see another side of Conan, after days of touring with no breaks leaves him tired and burned out. He has to deal with endless photos, meet and greets, and bookings for things he doesn't want to do.
Seeing this film made me realize that if you run into someone like Conan, it's best to just thank them for being awesome, and let them get some sleep. This man certainly deserves it.
