Quite possibly the best documentary ever; certainly the coolest. Ever major U.S. city can trace it's largest period of growth back to a criminal racket. This is the story of how cocaine transformed Miami from a quiet town where old people went to die in the 150's to a sprawling corrupt metropolis with a booming nightlife in the 1980's.
