Review of Closet Monster (2016) by Gregory M — 24 Oct 2016
A visually pleasing movie,a very artistic film. The screenplay feels really fresh and really new to the genre. It has some of the cliches we meet in those kind of movies but it never get tiring and it sure never feels like anything I've watched before.
Connor Jessup did a phenomenal job in portraying Oscar's struggles and he gave our character the emotional scale he should have had. I have to stress young Fulton's performance as a younger Oscar,he took my breath away! The "Closet Monster" is as emotional it should be,and mostly as real as it gets.
A beautiful movie.
