Review of Chronicle (2012) by Carlos M — 26 Jun 2013

What appeared to just be 'Jackass meets X-Men,' Chronicle actually is a story and character driven sci-fi that uses the found footage gimmick so effectively it's too good to believe; it's a film that accomplishes all it needs and then some, it has some great effects for it's budget, the characters are three dimensional and well acted and the climax is certainly going to go down as one of 2012's great action moments.

Probably my favourite movie of the year.
