Review of Children Underground (2001) by Gia B — 22 Sep 2007
Very revealing documentary. I was shocked by what I saw. Children fending for themselves from such young ages. Sleeping on the ground, going hungry, getting high off paint and getting beaten....all this occured while adults passed by them in the subways and on the street.
Girls shave there heads and dress and act like boys so they won't be raped. Parents unwilling to take their children back and a government with little if any support. I was discgusted. But it had to be brought to the publics attention.
