Takes the concept of "Boring Talking-Head Documentary" and stabs it to death with a hypodermic needle of spiked adrenaline. Eye-popping animation, a fuck-the-purists soundtrack, zero respect for history-textbook horsehit, caught-on-the-fly images of a government run amuck, enough anti-authoritarian glee to sink a battleship.
This is the most exhilaratingly subversive movie since "Battle of Algiers.".
