Review of Chappie (2015) by Vincent A — 09 Jul 2018

I don't get how it got such a low score. I'm guess this flick was too ahead of its time? The philosophical, theological, and moral implications it raises was a valiant effort and success all the while being entertaining. I'm guessing its philosophical underpinnings have gone over the heads of the critics - ironic considering the critics and the audience are concious sentient beings.

Sad that I only found out about this movie in 2018 though. Better late than never.
