Review of Castle Freak (1996) by Michael W — 22 Feb 2010
Great gothic setting, spooky atmosphere, ample gore, and a deformed freak in the basement. Throw in Jeffery Combs, Barbra Crampton, with Stuart Gordon pulling the strings and you have yourself another wicked fun horror flick. My third favorite Gordon film (right behind Re-Animator and From Beyond) that is worth your time more than once.
P.S. Make sure you only watch the unrated version.
