I'm not sure what's happening with movie critics. Everyone was probably expecting to be touched emotionally like many of the recent Pixar releases. But the thing is, this movie never intended to do so.
It was intended to be a fun action movie, and the movie does a great job of doing so. If you don't like that, go watch something else.
