This film is so beautifully shot it makes me hurt, the attention to detail to the time period, the wonderful direction of Todd Haynes, he blows me away. FAR FROM HEAVEN is one of my all time favorite Todd Haynes films.
CAROL has now become a second favorite. And Rooney Mara, you are exquisite. Quite simply one of the best performances of the year. truly great film, and a great end.
