Review of Caché (2005) by Daniel F — 02 Sep 2009
One of the most intriguing movies in the last years. Master Haneke at his best. Is media/technology a help or a hinder in our social responsibility and moral values? An interesting look into life lived through camera lenses and the hidden aspects of what lenses do not cover.
The movie's theme is a deeper exploration of "Benny's Video", an earlier Haneke masterpiece, part of his "glacial trilogy".
