Review of Bunny and the Bull (2009) by Dan B — 20 Jun 2010
Visually inventive psychological road trip, vaguely reminiscent of Jeunet and/or Gondry, but nonetheless strikingly original. Design, score and (low-fi) effects are all so good that I canâ??t help wishing Iâ??d found the story and characters that little bit more engaging.
However, thereâ??s much to enjoy and I suspect it may well achieve a cult following as a sort of Withnail for the Boosh generation. Recommended.
