Review of Breath (2017) by Nilufer R — 07 Sep 2018
Wow. not usually a genre that interests me, but this was exquisitely well done. Cinematography was breathtaking at times. Surfing was just a side piece, another construct to show the journey of Pikelet from boy to man - a man that can make his own decisions.
Many of the characters are also poignantly sad. There is a lot of depth to the characters and story of this film. Much more than in most. Will take more than one viewing to absorb it all. Very very well done.
