As a huge fan of the book, I was somewhat nervous about its transition to the big screen. However, I was thrilled after the premiere to see that the movie captures the heart of the original work and has created a "Christian" film that is not Christian. It's real. Heartfelt. Honest. Self-deprecating. True.
Please see this film. It may restore your hope in an authentic faith that can pursued without the trappings of traditional religion.
