Review of Bloody Sunday (2002) by Michael S — 13 Aug 2007
Astonishing. No one is better than Greengrass at capturing confusion and the escalation of conflict. He lays it on pretty thick near the end as the movie turns highly critical toward the British response, but given the rawness of the earlier violence, the thickness feels justified.
Essential viewing.
