Review of Blood and Black Lace (1964) by Carlos I — 20 Jul 2016
A beautifully shot early giallo film. The killer is reminiscent of the (later) popular comic Watchmen character, Rorshach. The music is interesting and funky and go great with the collage of bright colors and fashion textures. Love the intro.
Too many characters though. I was largely able to guess the killer, but the film is too short to really connect with any of the many, many characters you are supposed to get to know.
