Review of Blonde Ambition (2007) by Leo L — 26 Jan 2008
Humorous!
Interesting take off of "Working Girl," with fierce independence and ingenuity to trail. It has its own spunky appeal:a woman making something of herself after being jilted, rather than giving up she rises from her fall. Jessica Simpson's first attempt at such a role in movies. At least, its something to start off with. Larry Miller, Luke Wilson, and Andy Dick are mirthful! Rachael Leigh Cook and Willie Nelson graces this film as Katie's kinfolk! Penelope makes an interesting and appealing antagonist in this movie!
