Review of BlacKkKlansman (2018) by Denise M — 31 Aug 2018

Strong film through which Spike Lee interprets a great and surprising story, but also expresses caring for the potential of all the young Black people of the day, who looked for and deserved a better tomorrow.

Great performances, wonderful intro for me to John David Washington's acting abilities. The other characters also really come through, whatever side of the issues they stand on. This is an important film that all should see for the historical content as well as the talent onscreen.

Thank you, Spike Lee, for making such a wonderful film that will endure.
