We need to understand that Birth of the Dragon is fictional instead of a biopic of Bruce Lee. It needs to be views like one of those movies in the "Ip Man" series. After the film has been edited to its finished version, it is much better than the first trailer that appeared last year.

The white guy is only a comic relief and he helps to weave the fabric of the plot together, the lead role is Philip Ng, who is a perfect fit to play Bruce Lee. Philip Ng is a well know martial arts actor and director in Hong Kong, with similar background to Bruce Lee.

Ng can act and has the swift and powerful martial arts skills that would not disappoint Bruce Lee's fans. Give this film a chance, you won't be disappointed either.
