Review of Birth (1984) by Sreeja N — 04 Aug 2007
This film boasts one of the, if not the, best piece of thought acting I have ever seen. This movie is contreversial. Ultimately it is a film about love. But dont rent it expecting to see when harry met sally or something ang lee like.
It deals more with the implications of deep rooted and sincere love. It is a slow, and somewhat dark film. If you are in the mood to think, or want something to inspire conversation this is a movie worth seeing.
p.s. it has hints of m. night shamalyan.
