Review of Big Eyes (2014) by Alvin Y — 01 Feb 2015
Big Eyes is one of Tim Burton's best along with such films like Ed Wood and Big Fish. This has such a very unique but strange storytelling that as we all know happened in real life. It tells you something more about what the painting/art means to the person who paints and also having to show some self respect and fame to be an artist.
I never fully appreciate much of the actors here in other films but this movie proved that why would they be a star at first hand. Another total Oscar snub!
